Coke shows how it's done
This is one of the most heart touching viral videos I've ever seen. Coca Cola once again does a wonder in building their brand equity the right way. It is astonishing how consistent this viral campaign is with their current brand image and yet highly effective at the same time.
Viral videos can seem awfully awkward and produced when done without great care. We can find a great example of wrongly done viral videos from Steve Hall's post about Microsoft's viral attempt. However, this video is based on a believable situation without a false claim that a random person recorded it on their phone. And it makes you feel good just watching it; it's almost like you've found "happiness" like the title of the video.
Viral videos are becoming more and more effective in increasing buzz or building brand equity. And Coke showed everyone else how it's done.
